    LOCATION DESCRIPTION

    The Chaeseokgang Cliffs were formed by sedimentary rocks that were eroded by waves since the Cretaceous period of the Mesozoic Era, approximately 70 million years ago, creating massive cliffs. In addition, sea caves, sea cliffs, and flat wave-cut platforms have also developed. If you go north across the beach from Chaeseokgang Cliffs, you will find the red-rock Jeokbyeokgang Cliffs.
