  Sunshine Studio is Korea's first public-private collaborative drama theme park, where Nonsan City provided the site and base facilities, and the drama production company for Mr. Sunshine, Hwa&Dam Pictures, along with SBS A&T co-invested to establish the shooting studio. It is the only studio in Korea that symbolically reproduces the scenery of modern Hanseong (Seoul) during the time of enlightenment to the Japanese occupation. It is about 20,000 m² in size and comprises 5 modern-style buildings, 19 traditional Korean tile-roofed houses, and 9 colonial Japanese houses.
