  LOCATION DESCRIPTION

  The reed field spread out at the mouth of the Geum River where Seocheon-gun and Gunsan City meet covers a large area of over 200 m in width, 1.5 km in length, and more than 30,000 m² in size. It is regarded as one of Korea's four major reed fields and is one of the top 7 reed attractions selected by the Korea Tourism Organization. It is a popular filming location for photographers nationwide and was used as a filming site for the movie Joint Security Area.
